Hmm.. you say you have one set of dead 3.0 ROMs because of it?
Perhaps both of us did something wrong, somehow I managed to kill
my 3.1 ROMs when I was installing a 4th device on my Power Flyer.
How were your devices connected to the Flyer? At the moment, I
have:
2.5" primary connector - empty
3.5" primary connector - 1.2GB hard disk, 8.4GB hard disk
3.5" secondary connector - 24x CD-ROM, LS-120
I think my original mistake was to try to connect devices to *both*
the 2.5" and 3.5" primary ports, which doesn't work (something that
isn't made clear in the manual I got with my Power Flyer). It was at
about that time that my 3.1 ROMs stopped working. I suppose I
should be glad that's all I broke.
